I am so pissed at this Home Depot!!! We came in last night about 6:15pm to rent a tool and were told they are closed. We went to the service desk and spoke to a nice young lady. We asked her what time the "tool rental" department opens and were told 6am. Okay. Here we are the next morning (Saturday)...walk in and they tell us...They don't open until 7 am!!! REALLY!!!???!!! I could have slept another hour this morning!?! I am one pissed off lady! Stupid fkn employees need to figure out what time they open/close!!! They owe me... read more
If I know what I need, go in go out. Anything that requires assistance like getting a key made... good luck. I told the guy the key I needed. 19r1. Dodge truck key... he pulls out a key for a chevy and told me that's all he had... when I was holding a 19r1 blank telling him that's the key I needed. I was told I wasn't a key expert.... so glad he was... employees at this store are clueless and either need to join the unemployment line or find other means of employment like cutting up t-shirts for rags....
I have trouble getting good help at this store.
