Polite employees, just too much closing down isles....had to stand around and wait alot to get down the isles we needed to because they were trying to get stuff off the very top shelves.
Waiting on them to go pull things for my order even though it we called in at 8:30am! What's the point of calling in a large order!!! Stupid!
Great store the employees are truly a family! Great service and wonderful experiences, always helping with my next crazy project!
I think the Home Depot is awesome! Sure, there can be some kinks that happen, but that's just like any other store. Amazing people to talk to, get insight from, and surely not afraid to make a project a bit easier to handle. :)
Parents bought a stove here They waited 6 weeks before it was delivered and that was only because they called to complain about it. They delivered it and all the extra stuff that was suppose to come with the stove was not given to them like the cleaning kit, owners manual, registration card etc... I called someone today about this because I too bought a stove just like it and I got all this stuff and the person I talked to only wanted to argue with me saying well they may have just started doing that.
