Terrible manager and David in Customer Service, you insulted me beyond belief. Brad in appliances, avoid him. He sold us the wrong microwave despite us giving him measurements and telling him that it was for a built in cabinet. WhenI went back to find out how they were going to fix it he said I had to wait forty five minutes for a manager. I asked him where their office was and he refused to tell me. So I went looking on my own, ran in to two very nice employees and they gave me directions. I had to wait maybe 5 minutes to talk to a manager who agreed to the return without a restocking fee.
