They gave me a $50 bsg of insulation for free! They had changed the packaging. Such s deal
They had 1 full service line open...customer had 100 pieces of plumbing...I couldn't wait...I had to use self serve...NOT GOOD...takes away an OR job...this is BS...
not cool. these guys sold me a defective battery operated chain saw that was supposedly a floor model. when I got it home you could clearly tell it had been used by some one and returned. why do I have to drive from Ocean Park Wa. to return some thing that shouldn't have been sold to me in the first place???? I got my refund but you guys owe me for my time and gas to return the damn thing
A million employees standing around at the front but only the self service checkouts are ever open. Then when you actually need help inside the store you have to go searching for someone. The little I might save over local hardware stores is no way near the trouble it is to shop there.
The WORST customer service I have ever had at a Home Depot Store. I will NEVER recommend this store in Warrenton, Oregon to anyone.
Walked in on a busy Saturday to see at least 6 employees standing around talking to each other. When I asked an employee at the customer service counter of all places where something was, he couldn't both to stop leaning on the counter to answer. What happen to go customer service?? Saw one cashier open. Went through the pay yourself and it was out of receipt tap.
Idiots!! No communication, no organization, and not very knowledgeable!!! Don't ever order anything from them for install in your home unless you want to wait 7 or 8 months for them to get it done right!!!
Great customer service! There is only one thing I would like to request to make it better. I have been noticing dogs locked in hot cars in your parking lot lately - would you consider putting a sign up by the door letting people know that leashed dogs are welcome in the store, especially when it is hot outside?
We love this store! The employees are always helpful and knowledgeable. They are great people!
