The guys from HD who installed my water and dryer switched the hot/cold; turned the cold down to a trickle and did not set up the drainage tube properly. So maybe HD shouldn't hire these guys to install washers and dryer? They could re-imbuserse me for the service call I needed to get because of the wrong work they did. Also I call and get into a circle and never really get to talk to anyone who can fix the problem - happens every time I call HD. It's Sears for me from now on.
If I could rate this company with a 0 I would! Had my siding and windows done by them, discovered a massive leak this winter. I have contacted them countless times, driven 45 minutes to the store to talk to the manager (whos always on lunch) about getting it fixed, and spent countless hours on the phone with corporate to be told I would be contacted to get the repairs started ASAP... bought a rose that was not the color that was on the packaging they told me to get on the nursery I said we don't have the packaging anymore since we bought it 2 months earlier
