Home Depot Gonzales, La has lost a valuable customer. My husband struggled to buy rock , timber and spikes with no help loading, opening garden door, and down right rude. Management needs to step up. Customer service talking about personal issues in front of customers, planning their weekend, very unprofessional. NO One lifted a hand to help him. Goodbye Home Depot. We are remodeling our whole house inside and out.. LOWES has our business now.
I do like this Home Depot generally but was APPALLED when my husband & I shopped there last week. Only about 2% of workers had on masks, including those stocking shelves and at checkout registers. But I guess you don’t care how long the virus restrictions go on for businesses & people cause your business is still prospering😡
my husband went to home depot this morning to buy a new oven. However he was cussed at by an associate and told to go away. When he asked to speak with a manager he was cussed at again. After going to check out and asking to speak with a manager the kind cashier got the person. This so called manager laughed at my husband. After my husband said he would never shop there again the manager changed his tone.
Leaving Home Depot to go to Lowes: I was in my local Home Depot to get a shelf after one at my home broke. It was semi large and my back is killing me so I though I would go to the 1st line where someone can check me out. There was nobody in a line. The employee for that lane was super busy laughing and playing asked me to leave her line and go to self check out. I left to go to Lowes maybe they want my money. Happened today at 1:40
Home Depot is the best place for building supplies in Gonzales, La.
Associates for home delivery installation very pathetic. Telling me one thing and not following through. Giving me 2 different dates for installation. Which is bullshit. I have to wait a whole week to have something installed
I will never use that store again and I won’t work for anyone that gets their material from them
