Been in sales and customer service for 35 years. I had the most pleasant visit to your facility today. Met up with Roy ( 1st time to meet him ) in the appliance dept. and he went FAR beyond his call of duty. I bought a dryer, grill and window A/C unit at a very competitive price and Roy was with me basically the whole time in all depts. I mentioned to Roy I had a bad hip and he told me I'll help you anyway I can and he did. AGAIN a very pleasant trip and was in, out and loaded in app. 30 minutes.
We were told to leave 1hr before the closing time listed on the door asked to leave at 7pm the door clearly showed 8pm as the closing time.
I recommend anybody who shop at home depot shop at Lowe's ! Home depot has a sucky supervisors that doesn't know Shit ! I will never shop with home depot in Tupelo ms ever again!! I give them no star rating! My wife and my whole family of Tupelo moved our business to Lowe's in Tupelo
