Very disappointed. My wife and I ordered and paid for two windows around the middle of November. Approx. 4 weeks later they showed up after the ETA was moved 4 times. 1 was the wrong size, other, wrong style. Mind you, metal crew was covering our house. I decided to resize the rough opening to fit the one and I installed it. The more I thought about it, the more I didn't like it. Took it out and carried both back to store. They will make you pay for a full delivery and install and leave your appliances in your drive way and tell you they are not allowed to go in. Than when you talk to management they tell you no that’s not true and that they were supposed to bring it in.
You never can get anyone to answer the phone and then when they do they hang up on you. Two weeks today on a Monday every time I called and talked to customer service he hung on me. I will remember his voice for the next time I go In there. Then he got to where he would not even answer. So I used another number and walaaa he answered then when I started to speak and asked why he hung up on me he hung up again. Sorry is what he is. We have shopped at this store for many years and have always been pleased. However, we have a situation with a big ticket item we ordered online and had shipped to the store the end of 2016. The situation wasn't realized until just now and the assistant manager of the store has refused to stand behind it because it is over a year ago. The ordered item was not shipped correctly and we only now when we are ready to use it realized it is not the $800 generator we ordered but an air compressor. Anybody shop at Home Depot? Let me tell you how little they think of their customers. About two months ago I went to Home Depot and picked out and PAID FOR appliances for my new house. They were in stock and to be delivered June 6Th. Today I get a call to tell me I would not get them until July 10th because the refrigerator had been backordered and they would not ship until complete.
