Getting assistance was very difficult. The carpet/vinyl cutting machine was out of order. Seemed understaffed for a busy Saturday in Spring.

I've started going here more to see a different selection of items than Lowe's. I like both stores. I don't have a preference, honestly. Probably lean more towards Lowe's if anything only because they are close to my house and I know the store layout.
Two ladies in the lumber yard is where it started. We asked for help at the entrance and didn't receive any real help till 20 minutes in. We needed a lot of heavy items and just started to do our best because it was taking so long. Jamie was then called out to help from inside.
