I would not recommend ordering anything, especially carpet from this store. This process has been nothing short of extreme aggravation to put it lightly. Inefficiency, incompetency, and poor communication and customer service skills are all factors that have contributed to this poor experience. If zero stars was an option to rank this store, I’d select it.
Will sell you damage items, but won’t take them back or take responsibility for what they sold you.
