I prefer Lowe's. Home Depot is totally focused on high volume/high markup. For that reason, I prefer and have to patronize the competition. I don't care for their politics either. On a return trip, I ordered through their app for pickup the next day. They are always willing to help you. They greet you shortly after arriving. Someone asked if I needed help and directed me to the right location and took over, finding the hardware I needed. Got home and it fit perfect.
