For the last two months, there has been the BEST customer service I've experienced at either local home improvement store. KUDOS to the new management and employees.
So surprised the customer service here is so bad... We have been coming here for a while spending a lot of money remodeling our home!! So very surprised when it takes over an hour to get any help just in the blind section, After asking three employees for help. Considering they were having a party in the back eating and cutting up right in front of us .. very displeased!!

You can NEVER find anyone to assist and when you do they act annoyed that you're even asking for their help. They make you feel dumb for the questions you ask. Officially converted to a Lowes customer.
Bernadette at customer service deserves a raise. In a store full of incompetent and uncaring employees she is the only person who actually wants to be of any help. Avoid this store if she is not there to help.
