Only have self checkouts open, never have a person there checking you out and the people working the self checkout don’t know what to do! I’ll use Lowe’s!
Friendly people clean store
This particular HD has terrible customer service. Not once was I asked if I needed help. Several large items were bought and still I had to check myself out and no assistance was given or offered to the truck. 😦
Looking for Fuchsia's, stopped at Home Depot in Newnan. The 3 people that I encountered in the Garden Center had no idea what a Fuchsia was. And they WORKED in that department! One even stated "Fuchsia is a color. Try the paint Dept.". I shouldn't have strayed from the my favorite home improvement store across the street.
Horrible experience, no one is there to help you.. employees are everywhere but no one pays attention to you!! It took me over 30 minutes to get a key made!! Never going there again! Peachtree City is the better choice

The paint department is the best in the state! The BEST!
will never go to home depot here again for carpet installed they lost my carpet left me hanging for 6 hours after telling me it might be reordered (at least a week wait ) HUNG UP ON ME after trying to get hold of management and to top it off lied to me over the phone on there promis to make it right
