Been shopping Huntsville Home Depot since 2004. Took a long time for the store to slide into its current ebiss. One of the nicest, most plumbing knowable employees, Wendy, quit because she had been moved to cashier againt her wishes. Seems that the old time assistant managers are afraid to make decisions and policy, as stated on line is being followed in an inconsistant manner. Lots of new faces and missing old ones. The woman helping me knew the store VERY well I wish I could remember her name...very good personality and very well informed...another man printed a price quote on a door and he knew his stuff too...we stayed about a n hour and a half...did not spend much about 200.00 dollars...I will be back
I bought a flowering tree fir 29.98. Sale price was 24.98. They did not honor the sale price. I pointed it out, the associate said, "sorry". Not good!
