Try answering the phone. I called every 10 min for over an hour to place a 2500.00$ order this morning with no answer or no call back from the pro desk. I've been using this store for the last 3 months, I usually order the day before and 80% of the time I show to to pick up my order it's not ready and the 20% of the time that it is, it takes them over an hour to get it on my trailer. The store lacks communication and staff.. I'll be using somewhere else from now on. Congratulations, you just lost a customer.

The Personnel is kind and knowledgeable. They were very respectful. That being said... We purchased an Anderson storm door from Home Depot in Huntsville Texas. We had Home Depot install this door. Two weeks later the glass came crashing down when no one was using it. The manufacturer Anderson Window and Doors stated they would only send a screen replacement kit.(which they did ?????). Huntsville, Texas location has the WORSE customer service in helping you to unload your carts. What happened to the young men we are raising these days. As soon as they see a full cart of stone, potting soil, rocks, or whatever... they scatter! Seriously, this is not joke! So I ask for help, and wait and wait and wait. Till either the garden cashier comes to help or another customer. Even WalMart, Kroger, HEB, asks to carry my groceries out.
We have always used Minwax products, which it seems like HD has decided to stop carrying. We need stability, when we find what works we need to be able to come back and purchase that product. Now we will be going to Lowes, Wal-Mart or wherever we can find it. We would have preferred to continue to shop local at our Home Depot. Very disappointed!
I have been working on a flooring order for several weeks. The quote department that I dealt with over the phone was rude and indicated that I should be a flooring specialist in order to complete the order. Just made my 3rd trip to the local store to try to finalize and pay. I don’t know but most working people don’t have that type of extra time.
