I calked the store seeking plant seeds or the plant. Was placed on hold (the first time ) for 4 minutes. A person came to the only to place me back on hold. Finnaly spoke with someone who said, we have a lot of customers, have a goix evening. No customer service! !
I was in there January 6, 2016 in the morning. The paint that I had purchased was a bit too dark for my client and needed it lightened a bit. The young gentleman was very, very helpful. He saved the day!!! My client was so happy with the lighter colors. Thank you sooo much for having such a helpful person working for you!!!!
The m.o.d at the store is rude and yells at his customers. It's not about customer first. They lost a very loyal customer. I will never go to home Depot again. Worst experience I have had dealing with special order.
