I never go there
With aisles that size there should be more wings stacks and quarter-pallets. A lot of squandered square feet. Overheads in pretty good shape. Shelves not so much. Customer service was quite good.
Have to say a big thanks to Ms. Theresa and Ms. Bettie. We have been coming to the kids diy workshops for over a year. My daughter decided she wanted to have her birthday at home depot for the kids diy this year. It was a big hit! And although it's not something they normally do, they were very accommodating. We had a group of 16 and the kids loved it. For some of them it was their first time but not their last. *side note we didn't have the full party there Just the craft! I had to wait a while to get help but once I got help they were very attentive to my needs. The supervisor over flooring was very good and went beyond to help me.
I suggest using the Home Depot app on your smart phone to quickly locate items you're seeking in the store. While there are lots of associates working, they are typically busy with patrons every minute of their shifts so it can be difficult to find one floating in the store with nothing to do. When you really need assistance for purchase or advice, go to a greeter at the front of the store to let them know you'd like assistance and need them to page a team member. This has never failed me :)
Just left the Home Depot in Homewood Illinois, the staff was so friendly & very helpful. They went above & beyond 2 help us out. Even helped with loading our merchandise in the vehicle. Haven't experience such outstanding customer service like that in a long time. Thank you & keep up the GOOD work!!!!
