The Home Depot the worst store in the USA. I bought a refrigerator, washer and dryer in September 8th and I schedule the delivery to October 5th. on October 1st I received an email rescheduling to October 25th. I call them and the man in the phone reschedule to October 10th But today, October 3rd, I receive another e-mail rescheduling again to October 25th. So that`s how The Home Depot care about costumers. That`s ridiculous.

good customer service my husband hated it but i loved it every isle i went to they seemed to be helpful and courteous especially as far as giving info what would be suit the invention my husband wanted to make i love it when help comes without asking for it i will def continue to got to this store

After our disservice at Lowe's my wife and I got everything we needed at Home Depot. We would make many trips there depending upon what phase we were on our condo upgrade. The knowledgeable staff was very experienced and aided me in a way that I could understand seeing as I'm a novice in remodling. I highly recommend the Home Depot 1-2-3 book. It's an unbiased Do-It-Yourself book that will get you through any situation at your home.

poor customer service – i shop often at home improvement stores, however, this store has major problems with customer service. don't believe me go to curstomer service desk and wait and wait and wait...better yet ask a question. aahhh. Otherwise eveything else is like other home deopot ... very good.
handymans paradise I stopped in here one day to pick up a gift for my husband. The store was very well stocked and clean. While I didn't find what I was looking for, exactly, the staff was very friendly and offered many alternatives.
