Had an employee insult me, make my girlfriend feel physically threatened & with customer service presence just made every excuse to not get 2 boxes of tile i needed to finish my bathroom. Came here to get 2 boxes of wall tile to finish bathroom& was gonna get tile for bathroom floor. Hell no.. Not after that. Not ever gonna walk into a Home Depot knowing they employee garbage like this.
Got both my debit card and Visa hacked from shopping here: never again!
On June 21 we prepaid for a security door and installation, and it was supposed to be installed by July 28; now almost 3 months after we paid and two months after the date it was supposed to be finished, we can't even get a call back from a manager or the doors and windows department about wtf is going on and when we can even anticipate getting it installed. Terrible business practice even if we hadn't already paid, but outrageous when we prepaid! No wonder this company is going down the tubes.
I will never order online from the Home Depot again. I placed an order on August 19th, and still have not received my vanity. The freight company beverage showed up Tuesday or Wednesday . Now they tell me Friday. Unacceptable.
April 3rd of this year I was terminated illegally. I have a learning disability that Homo Depot wouldn't acklowedge. Therefor if I did something I couldn't help I was punished. More so since new store manager TJ came on board. What a jerk ! We're working on a long Drawn Out Legal fight now. If I have a learning disability, Home Depot MUST Acklowedge that I do.
