This is probably the WORST managed Home Depot I have ever seen. From customer service, to management it’s just downright TERRIBLE. I have stories for days from kitchen design being completely backwards, management not giving a shot about the customer down to curbside pickup making you wait 30 minutes. If you can avoid, please please please save yourself the headache and avoid. Should I mention I’ve been trying to get a person on the phone for the last 25 minutes!! Still holding 🙄 I’ve even hung up and called back.
Train your male employees to be less condescending to female customers. Wow. As a mom, teaching my teen daughter how to manage home improvement projects is an important part of her education. We had measured exactly what we needed and asked to have two 6’x 1”x2” cut down to 4 3/4”. Put in an online order - shortest version of the story: Got to store, spoke with Valerie at Customer Service/Pick Up desk. Absolutely lovely! She was helpful, friendly, efficient. Had Josiah pull my order for me. What a great young man. Got everything I'd ordered (including heavy bags of rocks), wheeled it to my car, etc. Also helpful, friendly. Just a joy to work with. Couldn't be happier. Great experience because of great employees.
Horrible customer service at this location
I'm disappointed in two things. #1 the lack of knowledge by employees what aisle and item is in. #2. I was there today and watched the water from sprinklers act like a fountain. I notified employees and they just laughef at me
