HD could improve themselves by: 1.) Not taking DAYS to process a simple in-stock, 6-piece online order (to be picked up at the store)! 2.) Not leave someone on HOLD for over 30 minutes when checking on their overdue order, and then saying "you'll just have to wait until we get to it." 3.) Not tell the customer on hold that they are too busy with folks at the customer service desk to assist them (how ironic is that?!?). My 2-cents worth: Go to a different store!
They were out of paper yard bags for the second week in a row and not restocked until 06/24/2019.
Never had an issue with returning anything to Home Depot until today. Brought back pack sprayer in that no longer worked. Bought last October and had no receipt or box. In the past Home Depot would offer an even swap of same product or issue a gift card. Customer service rep said she would do neither because I had no proof product was bought at the store. I got the item from the isle to show they carried it which did not matter. Will be taking my business elsewhere.
