I purchased a dishwasher online. I later decided to cancel the order. I called my local store and 1) they couldn't find anything in my name or with my order number. The store person was condescending and not helpful in the least. She said "well you'll just have to call inc. and have them sort it out". "Inc."? I say. What is that?" Home Depot is my favorite store I spend more money with them more than any of the other hardware store, but it seems like every time I go to buy something over the weekend I end up here. That bothers me because I love Home Depot. Management should listen up if you're going to be open on weekends please staff your store to accommodate your customers! Don't ever bother having any of your tools repaired here they make you pay upfront a flat fee thats not expensive like $18 and some change they tell you it'll be done in 3 to 6 weeks I'm 13 weeks out now and they still haven't got my tool fixed this is freaking redicolous every time I call there's a different excuse on why it's not done I could have sent this to Milwaukee down in Atlanta and had it back within 10 days this is completely unacceptable for any business trying to make any kind of money to be left this long witho... read more
