I love that Home Depot always has things that I need in-stock and they're prices are fair. This store also is always well staffed with friendly and knowledgeable associates. Never have to look far when I have a question.
We bought a Magic Chef microwave in July. BEFORE we purchased it on line the Prescott Home Depot said to bring in our old microwave and they would dispose of it. We bought it, we took the old one down and were told the guy made a mistake and they do not take the old ones. 4 months later THE NEW ONE started arcing badly, Despite having a 1 year warranty Home Depot will not take it back, we are supposed to ship it to Magic Chef at our expense. I can't even imagine how much that will cost. Buh Bye Home Depot
Vast improvement in staffing has us shopping there more often. From the welcome at the door to the ck-out, Home Depot has done wonders. Hope it continues
I think the customer service has improved. I used to hate going. I enjoy it nowadays.
So we usually like this Home Depot but on Friday they were 3 1/3 hours late for an appointment to install a water heater, and when I called they said a manager would call me right back but that has been 4 days now. I am really disappointed. To top it off I went to the store in person to buy a clock, got it home and it was already broken :(. I think I will have to take my business somewhere else.
The manager, Vikki and her staff members are incredibly knowledgeable and helpful. You can tell the people who work here take a lot of pride in their work and their community.
