I used to recommend them. I ordered something online and went in today to pick it up. When I attempted to get my 10% veterans discount I was told it's not available online. Kind of a rip to all veterans.

I bought a new washer/dryer 06/02/2018, was delivered 06/09/2018 and has not worked. I called Home Depot and was told to call the manufacturer. I did. A service tech from the manufacturer came today says it was damaged like it was dropped. I called Home Depot again and was basically told Not Their Problem! How do you sell a product and then have no regard that it does not work?!? No apologies, no effort but to say call someone who cares. You want me to pay for a product I can’t even use.
