What a horrible experience! We purchased our washer over the weekend and they couldn't install it!! I wish someone at the store would have told us that we had to remove our dryer before them coming. We wouldn't know that little piece of information because Lowe's did it for us before. My husband took the day off of work and forget about customer service....they were never trained on that! Never again!
