no employee is ever able to help you... today I asked 5 employees (not exaggerating) to help in the flooring Dept... all five told me they needed to page someone... one even told me I don't work in that Dept but the person that does is in the next lane I will call him and he left the opposite way... the last employee walked right by me I asked him if he could help he said no I... I actually interrupted him and asked him let me guess u have to page someone he said yup and walked right by hands in pockets super slow wearing ho... read more
Muy buen servisio
Waited 1/2 hour for someone to come to paint department with other customers and no one person helped us, just called overhead for “can anyone help the customers in the GD paint department”. Then watched the staff arguing about where they were gonna get lunch, don’t shop here go to Lowe’s or Ace.
Worst experience, Your guys are such a liar � Im still waiting for my order.
I loved the service... but they really need to fix the wood cutter. I asked for a 2x4 to be 60 in length first time i bought wood from there... came back to my home and it was 56 inches long... took back and they recut... still an inch too short.
Literally, just had the worst experience I’ve ever felt. Absolutely disgusted.
