Inventory system sucks and they have no idea where the stuff is located. Shows over 100 items in stock and nobody knows where. How the heck do you sell stuff if the customer or the employees can’t or don’t care to find it!
Service is not what it use to be many years ago. The only department that is always a pleasure is the paint department. Jose is excellent and the other guys too. The employees are not friendly or really want to help. Today , I wait almost 1 hour with the contractor to pick up a door i pre-order and prepaid.
Still waiting for what should have taken 5-7 business days (replacement handle for a damaged fridge that was delivered to me a month ago). No one will call me back to give me a status update. Horrible!!!
Nobody actually does any work there. NOT in the least bit helpful at all.
Pet friendly honestly I didn’t know.😂 until I walked in.
