Super helpful staff made my purchase a good buying experience. The store manage, his assistant and 3 associates gave me a hand in loading my new smoker in the back of my car. The chimney and side unit had to come off and they had to get a drill to get that done. I'm really thankful for all their help. The cashier kept me entertained while waiting...
