Their is a woman who goes by patsy Cochran who is very unstable and out of control. I'd suggest making sure she won't treat customers like this. If she can't control herself she sure as hell shouldn't have a job working with people if when she gets mad she goes out of her way to steal pictures, post addresses and emails on Facebook to make her feel better. Awesome lumber department. The associate was so knowledgeable and helpful
Their price matching is terrible. Walmart had the same portable air conditioning with the same BTUs for a 100 less than home depot, but they wouldn't price match because the model number had to numbers different. Even the box looked the same. They also rejected my review on their website.
Awesome just doesn't describe the customer service we were met with! Every isle that we met an employee they all asked how we were doing and if we needed any help at all finding anything!! Must have been 20-25 we were asked within 40 minutes or so!! Not to mention that the prices are very competitive!!
