I placed an order for a custom shade on ~May 22, 2020. Nothing but problems ever since! Installer installed improperly and never said a word to me about it until I called him back out to correct the problem. Thought maybe a new part needed to be ordered; manufacturer sent the wrong replacement part in June. New part reordered mid-July. It's now mid-Aug and I'm *still* waiting on the replacement part - or some sort of resolution. RecommendedI would like to say thank you to Mark at the Highlands Ranch Home Depot - on the 27th I was at wits end after being on hold at 1-800-homedepot for close to 3 hours [getting cut off a couple times] trying to find out the time range for an appliance delivery. While still on hold I got my cell & called the HR Home Depot and was fortunate to get Mark who understood my extreme frustration and he went above & beyond the call of duty to find out the delivery time range for me. I came today at 3:45 to get my "deliver to my car" purchase, and the slots were full. I parked one slot over. The woman who answered the phone was very rude and told me I had to "get in line and wait my turn" for one of the 1-5 slots. Um, how do I wait in line in a parking lot for a parking space? Do I sit in the lane and block traffic? Do I block someone in? Her terse response was not just unhelpful, it was dumb. In the past your employees have been helpful. This Home Depot store does not care about their customers; we had a carpet install scheduled for today, which we paid over $5,000 for a month ago, and when their subcontractor/installer showed up, they didn’t have enough carpet. Home Depot didn’t order the carpet for the entire first floor of our home so the installer left refusing to install any carpet. I’ve been on the phone with this store all day, repeated waited on hold for over 25 minutes and hung up on 3 times. We are now being told they have to come out and re-measur... read more

awful carpet install. One guy showed up to do the work of two and took 11 hours. Installer broke moldings, two-fold door pivot piece, carpet seams show after 2 days. My 68 year old father in law had to move furniture that was supposed to he moved by installers. DO NOT EVER CONSIDER HOME DEPOT FOR A CARPET PURCHASE.
Just waited 45 minutes for help in appliances. Can’t believe I was treat this way after spending $700 the day before.
