As a home owner this place has lots of things that spark ideas.
The gentleman that helped me this evening is phenomenal. 1st he stopped to see if i needed help because i was confused. 2nd he listened patiently as i tried to describe my bright idea. 3rd he looked at the picture of my bright idea, and said ma'am I'll get you taken care of! 4th he got my pvc pipe cut for me! His name is Magin and he is wonderful. Thank you sir for your help! Signed one happy customer!
On floor employees' were very friendly, God forbid you need to speak with a manager! I wish I caught her name, she was rude and very off putting. I ended up not completing my purchase and headed over to Lowe's where I was able to get everything I needed painlessly.
Terrible customer service today, very disappointed that one "manager" did not show any hint of customer service. Lowe's ended up w/ money for brand new washer/dryer, all the new connection parts and even the extended warranty. Train your people better!
