Better customer service and communication from the carpet install and store managers. We had a problem with our carpet color getting changed somewhere in the process and it wasn't noticed until the carpet was being installed. Telephone calls were made and the instructions were to finish installing and they would look into it closer later. We made a trip in person to the store as well and did get great customer service from one of the carpet salesman. However, that's where the communication stopped. the greatest customer service in lawton bar none!!!
Worse customer service ever. There are ten people in customer service line with two people working one register 🤷🏽♂️..... 25 minutes later I’m still in line....
They will help you load and tie down everything!
