I was in there for the first time at that location today located some help right away the man came over very helpful knowledgeable in and out with a quickness thank you keep up the great job
Great customer service, super nice and helpful staff & manager. We left the rude Cordova store and drove 30 minutes to this location. It was worth the drive!
We purchased granite countertops for our bathroom. They were installed on March 24, 2017. The installers cut the backsplash too short and cracked it. We have talked to Home Depot numerous times since then to get this rectified. They repeatedly tell us they will get back in touch and get it fixed but now, after a month, we still have heard nothing. Terrible customer service and follow through. Don't spend thousands on countertops if you expect good installation and follow through.
Thay have stuff and all now. Everyone that's been there knows, you know stuff and all.
No matter the day, every time I go to Home Depot in Collierville, they ALWAYS are helpful and courteous. They are so much friendlier than Lowe's. My toy store is this Home Depot!!!
Lowes has always been my 'go to place but I just did a walk through of Home Depot on a whim and I am about to switch my allegiance! They have improved so much over the last couple of years!
