Received bad information about delivery several times and bad customer service. Refused to deliver and wouldn’t even help load materials
Horrible customer service. I won’t pull the race card but I will be descriptive regarding my experience. I needed a few keys made, grant it no one actually stands at the key machine so most likely a hardware rep has to be paged. I get it. I enter into the store at roughly 5:07pm looked for a representative to assist me in hardware. Stood by the key machine, waited some more. Those were my choices. the curbside pick up is a joke and the cs person inside that answers the phone is rude I called and then 2 different people came out to me. picked something up a week ago and the same cs answered the phone and was rude too. get new cs people who dont get an attitude with you.
RecommendedHad to speak with a manager today because the ladies at CS didn’t want to give me store credit to a $200 item I paid cash for and lost the receipt but I just wanted store credit but they still wouldn’t do it. Another lady called up the manager for me(J.J) and in less then 5 mins he had my store credit already issued to me no questions asked. Thank you JJ! 👍🏼
Came in 30 mins before closing and Zack helped me out. He went above and beyond. Collierville Home Depot has a great employee. Thank you Zack and the little lady at Customer service desk.
They illegally refused access to a child and his service dog. The dog barked, a customer ran and got a manager and the manager made them leave. The federal Americans With Disabilities Act states that a service dog can only be made to leave if it is 1) out of control and the handler does not take effective action to control it or 2) the dog is not housebroken. The ADA does not prohibit service dogs from barking, and in fact many service dogs bark as part of their jobs. A service dog can't be removed just because a customer is... read more

I love “my” Home Depot. I’m a regular and I’m welcomed every single time I’m in there. Love this place and the people.
