Juan, in the cabinet department, is the best! We had gone to Lowe's first and they said, "Ha, I can schedule a time to help you, but it won't be tonight." We went across the street to Home Depot where we met Juan and he said, "If you have your measurements, let's get started." Walked out an hour later with the perfect kitchen design and estimate. Super knowledgeable and friendly. Give that man a raise! �
I am not impressed at all at this store (Wichita Falls TX). We were looking for estimates to change our home windows. We have called and scheduled a visit. The specialist never made to our house, never called to justify or anything like that. We still tried to go to the store and the service could not be worse. The gentleman at the widows section didn't believe in me (?) when I said that our house has 8 windows, not 9, gave me an estimate without the installation fees and he was distracted trying to service several people at... read more
No floor help anywhere!! Lowe's next time "Believe That!!!
My son purchased a washer and dryer online that was delivered from this location. When they arrived, they had to refund a portion of the price of the washer because it was dented. The dryer didn't even work and was not installed. It took 3 days for them to tell him that they wouldn't bring another one until 17 days after the initial delivery. We'll find a company that cares about customers next time.
Best Home Depo in Oklahoma and Texas the people that work there must really like there jobs because they are all friendly
I go to Home Depot all the time and it's always a great experience! Everyone is always friendly and helpful! Rarely have they not had what I needed!
