I just left this location, I ordered a Wen 12.5 planer on August 28 & received it abt Sept 8th. I used it to plane a few reclaimed fence boards, it worked great. Turned it on today & it kept turning off in 2 seconds, I did the reset a few times, still nothing. I put it back in the box & took it to the store. The girl at the customer service desk told me they didn't have any in stock so she would just return my money, I asked her to just order me another one instead of hassling a refund & then reordering. RecommendedHome Depot always have what we need, they are always well organized and have very helpful professional people.
Called 3 different times to do curbside pickup. No one answered. Had to come inside to get it. Cashier called for help, waited for over 15 minutes.
I rented a sander. They add $20 for mandatory insurance that states it covers damages. I accidentally ran over the cord. They charged me for the cord. I told them I shouldn't have to pay for a cord that has been repaired 4 other times and that they charged 4 other customers for. He dropped the price he was charging me down $15. He told me it was going to be thrown away. He said insurance didn't cover misuse. It was damaged by accident. Thanks Home Depot for letting my Mother order a new refrigerator, and sending her the wrong one. Then taking another week to get her the one she ordered. Also please thank your amazing team for letting my over 70 plus yo Mother the opportunity to install in herself. Once again people who take 0 pride in their work.

No customer service, advertised products on sale they do not have or can get. Went to Lowes they looked item up and found a upgraded Dewalt kit price matched it and it’s on order!
