This HD is a great store everyone assoc I'd always helpful or cheery. Walk in the store and they always greet you. The store is pretty well organized.

I'm a pro, with an HD pro account, I park in pro parking when I'm forced to shop at HD for 3 times the price of builder's supply sources. The least you could do is not have your associates load customer hybrid vehicles with Harry homeowner crap behind our pro trucks when we're trying to get in and out quickly for our day jobs.
With only two other customers in the whole store I waited 10 min in front of the dishwashers with my 10% off coupon ready to buy. They advertised 20% off all clearance items and an additional 10% off with the coupon. I pointed to the clearance Item that I wanted and asked where there any more in addition to the damaged floor item. He said No and that he couldn't honor my coupon because it cut into his profit margin. Very upset at the delivery contracting service they have. Ordered appliances last week and was due for delivery today between 5-9pm. It is 10:15pm no call and of course it's after hours and noone can be reached. What makes them think I'm letting g them in my house now. I will be at the store tomorrow for my refund. Home Depot y'all need to do better this is ridiculous.
Ordered microwave that took two weeks to come in and delivered; to have the microwave damaged upon delivery. I'm told I have to wait for GE to contact me (its been 5-days and still no call back) . . . I thought I purchased a microwave from Home Depot? Home Depot should be dealing with GE not me, Home Depot should be ordering my replacement because my microwave was delivered damaged, I should not be waiting for GE to call me back to tell me about a replacement! Went for paint undecided of the color and was helped by a worker there named Justin. He was such a great help but not only that when we made it home our paint fell and went everywhere, luckily we were able to come back and get a new batch. I'm so thankful for them!!! Thanks so much!!! 5 stars all the way.
