I would never buy a Refrigerator from Home Depot. We bought a fridge, paid for a water line, and haul away old fridge. They came with the Fridge, said sorry we cant leave your new Fridge, you need a plumber to come out and run a water line( which we already had in plastic) they said it needed to be copper. I said I'm not paying for a plumber, they said oh no we pay for it. The plumber will be here 24 for 48 hours. Plumber shows up, says yeah it's going to cost you $350 to run a copper line 7 feet. RecommendedIt feels like Home Depot is phasing out the DYI aspect in favor of more difficult to use products just to steer people toward their professional installers. Unfinished $15 beadboard panels with the tongue & groove edges were brilliant but now they only carry one that costs $55, doesn’t have edges that line up and doesn’t look as good. Last year I decided to get a Home Depot credit card. Always made payment on time and usually more than the minimum. So this week the payment was due on the 16th and I had scheduled the payment to pay the full balance of the card off on the 17th. I was charged a $28 late fee for being one day late. I would not recommend their credit card unless you like having anxiety every month over it. I ordered a refrigerator on 9/23/19. It was scheduled for delivery on 10/5/19. Were advised on 10/4/19 that our appliance could not be delivered until 10/12/19. Ok, I was polite and patient. I waited until 5pm on 10/12/19 for a call from the delivery driver. When I finally called Home Depot, I was told that the driver WENT HOME!! I was told that I am not a priority and not I will have to wait until Wednesday for delivery. Uh madam I have a job! I can not sit around waiting for your drivers to maybe show up or not!!! we ordered refrigerator to be delivered yesterday. No phone call, no delivery, and they can't find it. Going to get a refund and go to Lowe's.

Tried to return a DEWALT 150 foot string line. It had a bad spot in the gears when i bought it. I had to turn the receipts in to the company i work for if i buy somthing. So i didnt have the recept but its a home depot product and they still wouldnt replace it. Lowes sells COBALT and they carry a no hassle warrenty. If it breaks they will replace it. I will never shop at home depot again. LOWES is 100% better and seems cobalt workmanship is way better from the start. Home depot got me once but never again
The customer service at this store is absolutely awful!!!!! We ordered and paid for a dishwasher and installation, they send out some third party person who refuses to install the dishwasher. I call Home Depot to get the issue resolved and I am told by two different people they would get back to me and they never do!!!! Then I get an electronic receipt for the refund of the dishwasher and yet still no phone call with a solution!!!! I guess they don’t want the business!!!
