Well stocked, clean, and very knowledgeable staff! My favorite in central Georgia hands down.
This store sells defective products and requires a receipt when you ask for exchange for a working product. Why? I paid cash for an item and you sold me junk that didn't even work. My money was good, wasn't it? Then to boot you don't offer decent customer service. Rude customer service by Tracy. Someone needs to school Tracy that sometimes you go above and beyond to help a customer. I will be bringing you the receipt and the junk you sold for my money back. I usually go to Home Depot for all my needs. I am now at Lowes after waiting 45 minutes for someone to give me a quote for flooring. 1900 square feet of flooring will be bought elsewhere because the employees were to busy talking to each other.
I think home dept store is very unorganized. Couldn't find correct pricing for certain items. Theie displays of certain items are horrible. The only reason i gave any stars was because of the customer service we received from the associate RhoShonda in Warner Robins Ga.
NOT in the least pleased right now. Ordered a washer/dryer set on 11/26 with a delivery date of 12/7. On 12/6 at 4pm, I received a call that my delivery date was changed due to "unforseen delivery issues". Really? Ya didn't know till the day before that a delivery was not going to be made? With technology the way it is in 2016? It took 20min for you to get paid and now I've got to wait another 10 days to receive my merchandise. Unacceptable. Everyone is "sorry" but that doesn't change the facts.
