Called to check on refrigerators. Phone rang several times before someone finally picked up Appliance department never picked up phone. I had to call back and wait on hold while the department was paged. Employees sound miserable on the phone as well. Everyone at Lowe’s is happy anytime I call or visit. It may be a management issue. Employee attitudes can make or break a company.

Poor customer service. Was looking at refrigerators and could not find anyone to help. Went to the paint department and waited my turn in line; however, turned my back for one second and she waited on the man behind me. I only had a question to ask. They also need to have manned check-outs. Now I know why my friends tell me to shop Lowe's.

There is a cashier there, Emily, she is so very polite to me and my grandpa every time we stop in! Very good customer service there!
