If anyone ever tells you there is no hope - don't give up. I reached out on Social Media to Home Depot and with the help of Alexandria of the social team and Patty of the El Rancho Golden CO store I may end up with a new Washer by Mid March. I purchased an Admiral washer online in August 2014 and it died in December - working with Maytag is a nightmare.
