This is the friendliest home depot I have ever visited. The customer service is above and beyond at this store. It is slightly smaller than other Home Depots but the staff is the best. It's also nice and bright and a bit cheerier than some of the other Home Depots in which I've shopped.
Dishonest Manager; Poor Work – We hired Home Depot installations and their lousy subcontractor Eddie Jimenez, through this Bear Valley store location to put in a new high end tile shower and membrane. They failed to put soap dishes or shelves in our brand new tiled shower, and then lied repeatedly about it, promised to fix it, and did nothing. Jimenez also lied to Home Depot after he and his crew broke our floor drain, and tried to claim it was already loose. I had to pay a plumber to go in and tear out the floor to fix it. ... read more
Incompetance Clerk was too busy watching Broncos game to return my credit card and of course the manager couldn't find the clerk or my card. $600 garage door took 3 weeks to get a phone call for installation and as we speak the installers should be here in less than one minute of our two hour window installation. I have been on hold with Home Depot for 15 minutes at this time with no resolution.
