If I could give below zero, that would not suffice after the experience I have had with the following managers at this store: Lora Horta, Amos, Gregory, Roger, Lloyd and customer specialist, Robin. I am 48 years old, and I have had the WORST customer experience with Home Depot than I have ever had in my entire life. Please have someone working in the appliance dept. We waited one hour and five minutes to purchase a dishwasher and finally left. We had stopped personnel to ask them to call someone, and we never saw one employee in the appliance dept. This was on June 17th at 5:00. Many employees just wandering around and not helping anyone. There were two other couples there and they finally left also. We talked to someone before we left that said he was a manager and he just said "sorry".
RecommendedI just got home and had to post a 5 star review for the four men that went above and beyond for me today. I had gone to pickup a large order of pavestone at the scheduled time. While I was on the phone (in my truck) with customer service being told they did not have my order ready and that I should come back in a couple days or do it myself, these employees approached my truck and asked me how they could help. Had to make about five trips to Home Depot while getting our yard ready for summer over two days and every time we went the staff was so friendly and helpful and even remembered what we were shopping for earlier in the day and asked how our progress was going. That thoughtfulness and enthusiasm made the back and forth trips and hard work just a little brighter!
Love the kids dyi classes. Staff are awesome with the kids
