They ran my card twice Saturday for $140, they refuse to refund my money.
Honestly couldn't be more disappointed.. We ordered some bamboo flooring and was told that the steps were going to be solid bamboo and they came in not solid... Then we were told several times all of the rest of our floor was in so we made several trips to the store and it was never there and no one could tell us where it was... They showed us what we could do for steps but we would have to order it and pay extra for it to get here in time... Why should we have to pay extra because of their mistake? We received excellent service and our clerk, first name was Joyce, was extremely helpful and provided wonderful service. I also want to thank Home Depot for remembering our Veterans and providing cold water, lemonade, and Popsicles for people who visited their stores. Thank you.
Everyone was extremely helpful while I was shopping. In particular Ralph after I had came back realizing I had lost my phone. He walked around with me calling my number until we found it.
