Would not honor the $59.76 on the Milwaukee rolling pack out tool box and stood at customer service and she would not work with me. I’ll buy on eBay before coming back to this store
Waited 30 mins for someone in blinds department to get some blinds cut. When I first went to ask for someone to help, I had to walk all the way to the front check out because there was no one in appliances, no one in flooring and no one in paint. Check out called for someone on the overhead speakers but after 15 mins no one ever came so I went to customer service and asked again. I’m really upset I bought an LG rage/oven in May about a month ago it broke I have sent numerous repair tickets and daily messages and have gotten nowhere I have elderly in my home and this is not acceptable Why sell something you can’t get service for I doubt I will ever buy anymore LG products from anywhere Home Depot states they can do nothing to help They sold it so they should have someone to help So much for customer service

I am so mad right now, I added haul away after the fact, paid the money, the contrary delivery driver would not take the old fridge away. Will not buy from them anymore.
