I went to Home Depot today to buy a fridge for our store. I had to return hours later to exchange for another. I was there a total of 4 times today. Joe in appliances was awesome , he handled all problems in a professional and courteous manner. I will recommend this store to all our customers! Great job :)

Our Whirlpool washer broke completely months after we got it, and Whirlpool did nothing to help. We have an 18 month old and need our washer. Thankfully the Home Depot in Latham, NY saved us. Aaron and Chad stepped in and helped us exchange our Whirlpool washer for a GE washer. They picked up the defective washer, and made the exchange so easy. I ordered something from them via site to store.. the website said they had 2 in stock.. I then received 2 emails the first saying my order was cancled the other saying if was ready for pick up and my account was charged. Now the kid I spoke to said that I was wrong and the emails came in a different order and time.. I then showed him to prove him wrong and he just snickered and said I guess they did.. now I have to wait 3 buisness days for a refund to my account.. ill shop lowes from now on
