Poor customer service, requested assistance from one young lady who proceeded to wander around the store aimlessly talking to other employees avoiding eye contact. We needed an item off of the top shelf, employees observed us utilizing a stepladder from the store to obtain our own merchandise because there was no one there to assist us, know one made any attempt last visit to the Home Depot!

I will never purchase another appliance at home depot in latham ny $600 for a washer I Just bought in February, and It's giving me problems already!! Home depot refuse to replace it...I understand whirlpool has a warranty on their products ... However Home depot should've offered to give me a new machine I only had it two months customer service is horrible never again...
Never will never buy another appliance at home Depot not worth the aggravation the company that delivers is absolutely horrible retail express north. broke one door and left a washer that not working a week and a half I'm still trying to find out who fixes the door gave my a site to put in claim site doesn't work. And Whirlpool is replacing washer but home Depot won't take any of responsibility you sold me the product and subcontracted to this dumbass company.
KITCHEN DESIGN (Shaker Cabinetry/Granite Countertop) 1. Alicia in Kitchen Design is a disaster ... she lied to me and said HD cannot do kitchen layouts on the computer because of some reason or another and took literally 3 hours to draw a box signifying my kitchen. Ridiculous and maddening! She talks just to hear herself speak with no regard for other people's time or tolerance level, most of the time speaking nonsense that had nothing to do with the design.
