This is my store. It is less than a mile from my driveway to the driveway of the store. I've been going to the store since I purchased my house in 1998. Whenever I need assistance, I ask and someone comes to the aisle where I am. I've never had a problem with a return or an exchange. I'm usually dancing and singing in the aisles as I shop, they play a variety of the best music.
As a whole, they are s very poorly cust ser (do it yourself), company. There is hardly anybody st their dept when u need them. I' m going to try Lowe's. They can't be that much higher; let's see what their cust service os like!!!
Just don't let the helper or the fake worker in the parking lot help you with any chores :-( I use one guy name eddie in a white truck to help to a back door n he messed up :-(
