My daughter purchase an LG refrigerator which she is still paying, she got a 5 year plan in case anything goes bad with refrigerator, on Monday the 6 of August 2018 my refrigerator broke, haven’t been able to get insurance to fix it, they denied the claim cause my refrigerator is next to my dryer so the technician posted on the work order that dust and lint got in compressor and it damage it , ok but isn’t the 5 year plan is for? Very disappointed with the do it herself workshops. I have showed up to the last two and they have not been prepared for them and all they can say is we no one to host it but i seen lots of workers walking around on their phones. When I first started going i loved the fact that your store was always prepared for them but now it sucks.

You guys really need to do something about the guys walking around the parking lot casing cars and asking people for money before they even have a chance to get of their cars.
