So I buy a John Deere riding mower just short of a month ago and it leaks oil. I stop by Home Depot and speak with one of the managers and they swap it out no problems. Working in retail myself, it's nice to be on the receiving end of awesome customer service. I expected it to be a hassle but not here. Not even a little. Thanks guys!!!
I would like to thank Brook for his help/service today. I needed six bags of Bayer Fungicide granules and there were only two on the shelf. After climbing into the hole of products to get the second bag that was against the wall, he grabbed a scanner to see if there were more in stock. After climbing that giant orange ladder and moving a huge heavy box (that was falling apart) of Ortho product, he found a case of the Bayer product. The staff here is awesome! From the lady who checked us out to Skylar who loaded insane amounts of wood for us and moved right on to the next customers without a break! I hope the manager sees this and sees how hard of a worker he is and how excellent the staff is at providing customer service!!!!
Dear Home Depot, YOU SUCK. You treat every single effing ornamental plant on your premises with (proven) bee-killing neonicotinoids. Not only that, but you put wildly misleading tags on every single plant so the unsuspecting (uneducated) masses think they're buying something that's actually BENEFICIAL. With thousands of these toxic plants being sold at all of your 2000+ locations, our honey bees, other pollinators, and other beneficial insects are being murdered in droves.
