What once was a nice place to shop has devolved into a mess of a store that provides no customer assistance on the floor. They are understaffed, unhelpful, and they charged by credit card twice for the same purchase today! HD Falling Apart like a sinking ship!
wonderful people and amazing management
There system is broken!!! No communication! Waiting on delivery of 61 sheets of sheet rock to be delivered today. I was left on hold, switched from person to person and no one was able to find my order. They had not a clue as to who was going to delivery the product for them. They finally said it was in route with no specific time. Aggravating!!! I asked to speak to a manager. No manager available. Saw a Mardi Gras parade with shopping for closet system!
Recently bought a toilet from Home Depot....we applied for a credit card to receive our discount. We got approved and received our discount and bought the toilet online because they did not have it in the store. A week later when it arrived and we went to pick it up ,at the store,it was totally broken into pieces. They told us we had to rebuy the same toilet but would not receive a discount even though it was there fault for breaking it in the shipping process. Worst customer service! Have to hunt down employees for help then wait 15-20 minutes before you even get help!
My wife went to the store on 7/1/2017 and received ZERO help even when asking for it. From now on we will go to lowes.
